Rules

Check-in is from 3.00 pm, check-out is at 10.00 am at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. If you are still in the apartment after the agreed check-out time, an additional fee of €50 will be charged. If you are still in the apartment after 2 hours, you will be charged an additional night. You are not allowed to make reservations within your place of residence at Weinmeister Appartements! Please contact us in advance if you wish to book in your own place of residence. According to §29 and §30 of the Registration Act (MG), we must present a registration form for every guest staying with us. By booking, you therefore agree to complete our registration form during online check-in. Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, shisha etc.), parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in communal areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited! Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge 30 € per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Should you require an assistance animal we would ask you to contact us prior to your stay and inform us of this. You are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas outside the apartment. During your stay, you are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. You are obliged to report any damage to our customer service. Please also note the usual quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am.
